Who doesn't love a biker jacket ? 

Ever since I can remember I've always owned a biker jacket it's the easiest way to add instant Rock Chic to any simple casual outfit 

jeans slouchy T-shirt or vest top and a pair of heel or converse for comfort and your good to go for extra coolness throw on a pair of black shades!!! 

I've had this particular biker jacket for a few years now but you can find them everywhere and at whatever your budget is wether it's a faux leather one from a high street shop or a real leather one from a luxury boutique.

The great thing about biker jackets is that they look better with age the more worn the better they look.

Halloween fun

It's Halloween weekend so just for fun I thought I'd have a bit of a play with my makeup and outfit 

I'm not sure who I'm trying to be maybe a black swan .... 

I've been on the hunt for black lipstick like forever ever since Mac brought out a limited edition one that was sold out well before I realised 

But not to worry as I discovered Barry M does one for a fraction of the cost when I first applied it I was convinced it looked dark green but than I reapplied with a lip brush and voila problem solved 

 

Halloweens a great excuse to go for really dark vampy makeup.

I've been wearing a lot of dark colours recently which is unlike me as I'm not one to wear colour appropriate to the seasons so today I thought I'd add a pop of pink to brighten up my look finished off with some funky shades 

I've also been living in high waisted jeans I don't know what I would do without them they're so much more flattering than wearing jeans on the hip unless you have got that surfboard stomach to go with them. 

I don't usually buy primark jeans but their high waisted jeans actually fit really nice and at £12 you can stock up !!

I'm back...

And just like that I neglected my blog time to get back to doing what I love and sharing my outfit posts

If your not afraid of colour adding a bold item of clothing or accessories can instantly add some funk to any outfit

If like me and your on the petite size wearing midi skirts that have a high waist can help give the illusion of having a bit more curves and enhance your shape in a more flattering way. But don't forget the heels that makes a big difference too on your posture.

If they're good enough for Beyonce

I spotted these jeans on Beyoncé at the beginning of the summer realising that they where H&M and actually affordable I went on a mission to find them and what a mission it was they where only available on H&M website I ordered them twice and both times they didn't turn up after selling out I was lucky on my third attempt of ordering them as much as I love H&M this has completely put me off ordering online I have never experienced such bad delivery service I will stick to just buying from my local stores!!

Ever seen something you really like in the shops and know straight away your buying it than frantically start searching and praying they have your size well that was me when I spotted this shirt, the amount of camo and khaki print clothing I have is ridiculous but it's a colour and print I frankly don't think I will ever get bored of.

Yep I purchased a handbag whilst doing my food shop and it's really good quality for what it is I can't fault anything about it.

Doubling up your shirts is a great way to layer up throughout the colder months. Get more from the look by adding a waist belt and some knee high socks obviously not with these shoes.

I am yet again here with another co-ord post, clearly I do love a matching 2 piece!! But I'm feeling this one even more it's so light and flowy perfect for those really hot summer days that I hope we will actually get more of as this is London after all our summer weather is unpredictable. 

It's so much more fun and rewarding when you buy clothes from a brand that is supporting a good cause so well done H&M lets clap to that.

I seem to have a slight obsession with pockets it really gripes me when I find a nice pair of trousers or a coat and it doesn't have pockets not sure if it's a comfort thing but its defiantly a bonus when I do.

So about these shoes I think their pretty cute and this is why I like New Look they always follow current trends but at affordable prices.

Without even realising I think my summer staple might just be culottes I seem to be accumulating quite a few pairs which is funny as I used to wear these in primary school and hated them but as an adult I now love them.

Topshop Sales Floral Culottes

It's officially my one year bloggerversary tomorrow I was hoping to do something special when I reached this milestone but didn't realise it had come around so quick but I do hope that this year my blog will only get bigger and better within time!!!!!

I Can't believe I haven't blogged in ages if only it was my full time job i would be blogging all the time but the reality is I'm not and I do have a job that sometimes gets the better of me not finding time to blog!!!

SOo we all know I love the sales but was hoping for more finds however I'm loving this floral co-ord from Topshop still bang on trend with cullotte pants and a cute Strappy smock top I like it, especially that it's bright summery and has an eye catching print.

What's great about co-ords that their is so many styling options it doesn't always have to be worn as a set you can easily change it up by wearing the top with jeans a skirt or the trousers with a lil Cami top or casual Tshirt well you get my drift....

Cool as an orange

Despite orange not being my favourite colour I seem to own a lot of it!! 

Such a flattering colour on dark and tanned skin tones. 

Lately I've been trying to up cycle my wardrobe instead of consitantly purchasing new clothes all the time! Let's face it some times there is more important things in life than splashing out well earned wages!! 

The only thing new I'm wearing is my orange shirt purchased in the TopShop sales and my bargain £1 sunglasses from River Island everything else I've worn in previous posts.

I'm completely in my comfort zone when wearing my headscarfs and bright lipstick 

Other ways of updating old outfits is accessorising you can bring anything back to life with accessories and let's face it they are usually a lot cheaper than buying a whole new outfit.

I'm always on the look out for accessories wether it be a new pair of sunglasses or statement necklace and of course different print headscarfs.

Following on from my last blog I'm still banging on about duster coats again!! 

I just had to share my current favourite bargains. 

With shops like Primark everyone really can gain the benefits of the latest fashion trends without breaking the bank. 

With wedding season coming up I think these floral duster coats can really add the wow factor to a simple little dress and strappy heels. 

Can also be worn on casual days paired up with jeans a casual tshirt and flats. 

Prints our perfect if you want to add excitement to an outfit if your not sure how to style prints it can easily be done by keeping the rest of your outfit simple!!

Both coats are from Primark prices our £17 each but when I got to the till was only £10 yep that's only £20 for 2 statement coats!!

I've always loved an oversized coat over a fitted coat, I get so excited every time I find another!! As I'm sure you are all aware I'm slightly obsessed with H&M and spotted this in the sales origanilly £39.99 I purchased for only £15 bargain!!

I know I will be getting many wears out of this coat as it looks nice and casual dressed down with skinny jeans and smart with a LBD and a cute pair of heels 

I usually avoid white but it's one colour that I want to start wearing more off wether it be a casual tshirt or a nice lace dress.

Pretty Pastels, Weight gain and Duster Coats

I love my super bright colours but coming into spring I thought I'd temporarily change things up a bit!! 

I do love me some pretty pastels but noticed I don't seem to own much pastels so when I spotted this outfit I thought it would be the perfect excuse to start adding some softer colours to my wardrobe. 

I'm digging the current duster coat trend right now, i love fashion that can be dressed up and down no point having a wardrobe full of pretty clothes that you can only wear on rare occasions.

These shoes come in array of colours from neon pinks and yellows to powder pinks and red.

I feel like I'm stepping into a new territory with fashion as I knew what suited my body shape but over the last few months I've gained a dramatic bit of a weight, I'm not talking a couple pounds more like a couple stones!! My weight gain was intensional but I don't think I expected it to happen so fast and I think maybe I put on a couple pounds too many I'm happy my body no longer resembles a pre-teen but I now have to embrace my new shape and learn what suits me best oh and get myself in the gym to tone up!! 

So moving on swiftly from my weight issues.....

What's your current go to item? Mine seems to be duster coats if I could own one in every colour I'd be pretty content with life 'well my wardrobe life anyway'

I've noticed the celebrities can't get enough of them either!! 

Ciara and RiRi Are for sure two ladies who know how to dress well, I love how they both nailed the laid back casual look.

Lauren Pope has on the exact same coat as I have in orange I think this would be perfect for those warmer days and the leather mini skirt tops off the whole look.
